From childhood, I have seen my papa making butter and ghee and this time is no exception. So papa did make it in such easy steps: Malai ( which I collected from last 15 days ) Bowl of normal water Whisker to whip it 🧈 De-freeze Malai from freezer. I always prefer collecting Malai and keeping it in freezer. 🧈 Drop Malai in normal water little by little. 🧈 mix it well and start whipping. 🧈 Keep doing it Makhan or butter separates. This will take 15-20 min. Squeeze excess water and store.
