Intermediate Ballet Class

Hello lovely dancers! Here's a video you can follow of me giving an intermediate ballet class to Stella. This includes a barre, short center and some beginning pointe work, if that applies to you (please do not attempt pointe work without individual evaluation from a professional).  I just gave her a regular class, so there are mistakes and corrections:). This was my first attempt, so there may be a few rough spots. Please know your participation in this online class is completely voluntary, and by continuing to watch the video, you agree to accept the risk of participation and release any liability.
