🔥 Easy Thai Red Prawn Curry Recipe 🍤🌶️ | 20-Minute Dinner! ✨ Ingredients: • 250g prawns (cleaned & deveined) • 2 tbsp Thai red curry paste • 1 can (400ml) coconut milk • 1 tbsp fish sauce • 1 tsp brown sugar • 1 bell pepper (sliced) • 1 onion (sliced) • 1 tbsp oil • 3 cloves garlic (minced) • 1 tsp ginger (grated) • 1-2 red chilies (optional) • Fresh basil or cilantro for garnish ✨ Instructions: 1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, ginger & onion until fragrant. 2️⃣ Add Thai red curry paste & stir-fry for 1 min. 3️⃣ Pour in coconut milk, fish sauce & sugar.
