10 min Resistance Band Legs And Booty Workout | Tone Your Lower Body and Grow your Glutes (At Home)

10 min Resistance Band Legs And Booty Workout | Tone Your Lower Body and Grow your Glutes (At Home)

This 10 minute resistance band workout is going to help you tone, grow, and shape your legs and booty. You can do this at home or you can include it in your gym workout. You're going to activate your glutes, which will help strengthen them so you can protect your lower back, knees, and hamstrings from injuries. Also, you're going to look and feel amazing! I noticed that including minimal equipment like loop bands/resistance bands really speeds up the results and the workouts become more challenging. Also, it's perfectly fine if you don't have resistance bands, just do these exercises without, for sure you'll still gonna feel it! Since I'm not talking in this video, I'm going to give you some tips here that are very important. 1. Always make sure to keep your back straight throughout this workout. 2. Mind-muscles connection is essential in achieving the results you want, therefore always think and activate the muscles you are working on. In other words, squeeze your butt! 3. Make each exercise with precision and control, quality is more important than quantity. 4. Always listen to your body, so if you need more breaks, then take them and then come back. 5. You can combine with workouts so I suggest you check out my Abs, Upper Body or Hiit Workouts! 6. Have fun! ------------------- ▶DO THIS WARM UP Before: https://bit.ly/3aaff58 ▶COOL DOWN With This: https://bit.ly/37dGWbg 💙FOLLOW ME for workout tips and yummy recipes: Instagram:   / lorianafit   Facebook:   / lorianafit   🔔 SUBSCRIBE for FREE weekly workouts Click the bell so you're always up to date with my new videos! It's important to remember that we cannot target fat loss, meaning that we can't choose exactly where to reduce body-fat. However, this does not mean that you cannot lose fat where you want to and to get results I recommend: 1. To stay in a caloric deficit. (but DON'T starve yourself) 2. Cardio/Hiit Workouts. 3. Strength training to tone your muscles. (unlike fat loss, you can definitely target muscle toning and you can customize your workouts to get the results you want). In the end, I think the key to getting the best results is to stay consistent and to implement healthy changes in your lifestyle. I personally do not believe in fad diets, as they are generally not sustainable. I believe that simply eating healthy and nutritious meals, reduce the consumption of processed foods, sweets, sugary drinks, move your body regularly and have a positive attitude, is enough to have a healthy and happy life. Good luck! xo Loriana
