Pat dry the chicken wings with a paper towel to remove excess moisture—this ensures crispiness. 2. In a large bowl, combine the wings with white vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper, celery salt, salt, baking powder, cornstarch, and beef tallow. Mix well to coat evenly. 3. (Optional) Let the wings marinate in the fridge for 1 hour for deeper flavor. Step 2: Bake the Wings 4. Preheat your oven to 420°F (215°C). 5.
