Fibroid Uterus |Adnexal Mass | Ultrasound Case

A 48 year old woman with history of lower abdominal pain accompanied by pelvic bleeding | Polymenorrhea Transabdominal image of the uterus showed a solid mass in the right adnexa and submucosal fibroid No cystic areas are identified within or adjacent to the adnexal mass The adnexal mass is slightly heterogenous and has no appreciable posterior enhancement but has no areas of shadowing unlike the submucosal fibroid The mass is separate from right ovary Thank you for watching.
