Pre-Prep Option: Place all ingredients in a large freezer-safe bag, seal, and freeze until ready to use. 2. Cooking Directions: โ If frozen, thaw in the fridge overnight. โ Add the contents to the crockpot, ensuring the chicken is fully coated in the seasoning and broth. โ Cook on low for 6โ7 hours or high for 3โ4 hours, until the chicken is tender and shreds easily. 3. Shred the Chicken: Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks. Return to the crockpot and stir to coat in the cooking juices. This is great on tortillas, rice bowls with beans, or on a salad!
