Ragi muffins #ragirecipes #muffins #cupcakes #shorts Chocolate Ragi BananaMuffins Recipe Ingredients- 2 medium ripe bananas (mashed) ½ cup ragi flour ½ cup whole wheat flour 3 tosp cocoa powder ¼ cup jaggery powder / brown sugar (adjust to taste) ¼ cup oil (neutral)/ ghee ¼ cup milk ( 1-2 tbsp more if required) 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence A pinch of salt Dark choco chips or walnuts for topping Method: Preheat oven to 180°C Line a muffin tray with cups. In blender add bananas & jaggery till smooth oil, milk & vanilla whisk well. In another bowl, sift ragi flour, wheat flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mix. Don't overmix. Add a few choco chips or walnuts if using. Pour batter ( batter should not be runny )into muffin cups (¾ full) Bake 18-20 mins, or till toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly & enjoy guilt-free muffins! #muffins #chocolatemuffins
