Once you arrive at Majang Meat Market, you will see there are so many stalls and everyone is selling the same thing. You can choose one of their prepacked set or choose any part you like. Pay at the meat stall then they will bring you up to a restaurant to cook it. I bought 한우꽃등심 Ribeye Roll, 차돌박이 brisket & 육회 Korean Beef Tartare. Restaurant provided all kinds of sides, sauce & kimchi.
