Summer seasons are best to make these papads & then enjoy them all year long. Let’s make this. Wearing @cotton.candiyy 4 small potatoes 1 cup sabudana, soaked 2 cups water 1 tbsp jeera 1 tbsp chilli flakes Salt to taste Peel the potatoes & grate them. Wash them in water to remove the excess starch. Now, add the potato, sabudana, water to a pot & cook for 5 minutes. Add the salt, jeera, chilli flakes & let it thicken. Once the mixture has cooled down & thickened, spread them thinly on a plastic sheet greased with oil. Let it sundry for 2-3 days. Once completely dry, you can store them in an airtight container for upto a year or deep fry in hot oil/airfry them & dig in.! Pro tip- if you have some time in hand to make these, you can soak the sabudana over night before cooking it with the potatoes, that way you’ll get a smoother looking papad.
