Background information Solfeggio Frequencies are the components of an ancient musical scale conceived in the 11th century by a monk named Guido D’Arezzo. Over the centuries this scale faded into obscurity until they were rediscovered by Dr. Joseph Puleo and Dr Leonard Horwitz during the 1970s. Puleo discovered that these particular tones had beneficial healing qualities which promoted the rebalancing of the mind and body. It was evident that these specific frequencies were able to stimulate the brain and consequently transform a person's health and wellbeing. Using Solfeggio Frequencies These frequencies (and sometimes the accompanying Musicscapes) provide sound therapy for the purposes of relaxation, meditation, and quality sleep.
