Lemon Sorbet Part 2
After the base has "chilled" in the fridge overnight, it is strained and the lemon juice added. In my Cusinart, it takes about 35 minutes to finish (my kitchen is pretty warm in the summer, around 74F). Here is part one link with the recipe. Happy Summer! • Lemon Sorbet Part 1
