Transfer this mixture to a mixer jar, add required amount of water and grind it. Transfer the ground batter to a bowl. Pour three teaspoons of oil in a pan, once the oil is hot, add one teaspoon of channa dal, one teaspoon of mustard seeds, one teaspoon of cumin seeds and fry. Along with this, add one onion finely chopped, two green chillies finely chopped, chopped curry leaves and saute well, Then add quarter tsp of asafetida powder, one tsp of salt, chopped coriander leaves and mix to the batter. Add a tbsp of rice flour and mix. Add a pinch of baking soda and mix. Pour two teaspoons of oil in a tempering pan, add the dosa batter and let it cook. Once one side is cooked, turn the other side and let it cook. When both sides are cooked, remove from the pan.
