Cauliflower buffalo wings that are not only vegan but gluten free and oil free! Fast and easy appetizer for your Super Bowl Party! Here is what you need: one head cauliflower 1 cup gluten free flour 1-2 cups soy milk 2 cups gluten free panko bread crumbs 1 cup Franks buffalo sauce cut cauliflower into florets set aside. put GF flour into a bowl and add enough soy milk until you get a pancake batter consistency. Dip cauliflower into batter and then into bread crumbs and place on a lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes. next put cauliflower into a bowl and cover with 1 cup of Franks buffalo sauce. place cauliflower back on to baking sheet and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until crispy.
