What vegetables, herbs & flowers to plant in November in zones 9 and 10

#shorts If you live in zones 9 or 10, there are LOTS of options for things you can be planting this time of year! Root crops like beets, carrots, radishes, and onions are great to start this month if you haven't already. I recommend succession planting so you might be starting some of these every two or three weeks so you always have a fresh crop to harvest and more coming in the pipeline. Herbs also LOVE this time of year. You have tons of options, but some highlights are fennel, celery, lovage. You also have regular players like varieties of kale, lettuce, and other leafy greens. Don't forget about peas! If you want a vibrant garden in the spring and summer, the best time to start flowers is now! The list is long, but some favorites are nasturtium, poppies, and sweet peas!
