In this video, I’ll show you how to make a quick and easy apple cake with lots of apples and not enough dough. This cake has a thin and crispy crust that is made with only 10 ingredients, and a juicy and flavorful filling that is loaded with cinnamon and lemon. You’ll be amazed by how simple and delicious this apple cake is, and how it comes out of the pan easily. You can also add some sliced almonds and honey on top for extra crunch and sweetness. Let’s get started! ✅INGREDIENTS: Egg 3 pcs Salt 1 pinch Sugar 150 g Milk 180 g Butter 80 g Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon Zest of one lemon Juice of half a lemon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Flour 300 g Filling: Apple 3 pcs (600 g) Cinnamon 1 teaspoon Juice of half a lemon ✅INSTRUCTIONS: Beat 3 eggs into a bowl. Add to them 1 pinch of salt and 150 g of sugar. Mix everything with a whisk. Add 180 ml milk and 80 g melted butter. Mix everything until smooth. Add the zest of one lemon and the juice of half a lemon. Mix. Add 300 g of sifted flour and one teaspoon of baking powder. Mix the dough thoroughly until smooth. Let's prepare the filling. Cut 3 apples into thin slices. Add the juice of half a lemon and one teaspoon of cinnamon to them, stir. Add apples to dough. Take a pie pan approximately 24cm in diameter. Grease with butter. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out carefully. You can decorate the top with sliced almonds. Place in the oven at 180°C for about 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer - it should remain dry. When the pie is ready, let it cool slightly. The cake comes out of the pan easily. The surface can be lightly greased with honey.
