The Philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita

Today I am going to examine the Bhagavad Gita, a religious text of Hinduism. I wish to state at the outset that I am not a Hindu, in fact I am not a theist. Even without adhering to a faith tradition, I believe that it is possible, indeed worthwhile, to study the works of the various religions and to do so respectfully. That so many people around the world believe in them, that they came down to us from ancient times and is still read and revered today surely indicates that they contain some wisdom, and true wisdom is wisdom for everyone, for both their believers and non-believers. #oppenheimer Graphics: Iconikmg, Roberto D'Amico, Ronin Studio, Dimitar Tzankov, Vartan Mercadanti, Engin Akyurt, u_rjjehevu, Jean van der Meulen, Gary Chambers, Jay Shaw, Dmitry Tolsty , InspiredImages, Nicky ❤️🌿🐞🌿❤️, Vimeo-Free-Videos, Free Creative Stuff from Pixabay Sound: The Inner Sound - Jesse Gallagher Almost in F - Tranquillity by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...
