Let's Play Adventure Island [Part 3] | Hudson's Adventure Island gameplay on the NES (Ep 3)

Welcome to The Basement, let's play Hudson's Adventure Island on the NES !    / thebasementgames   In today's episode (Ep 3), we run into a wall. I mean, whew, things get a little bumpy in this one. Come downstairs and have a seat on the couch with us right here in The Basement - we're going full retro in this series! If you get stuck on this level, perhaps the walkthrough from Dalez will help you out: ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/nes/587067-ad... ) 1: Jump onto the cloud (beware, as it drops out), then down onto the island. Kick open the egg to obtain a Flower then do some cloud-hopping to the right. You'll soon reach the next section. Note that just before the Signpost that reads "2", there is a hidden egg! 2: This section is rather simple... just defeat or avoid the Octs as you hop across the clouds. When you reach the large island, look for another hidden egg a few steps inward! 3: Break open the egg to free Honey Girl, then run like heck through the Rocks, Octs, Pooters, and everything else that gets in your way. If you're quick enough, you can make through the entire section before your invincibility wears off. 4: Continue across the clouds, and soon you will come to the Pot Bonus, amongst a series of ascending clouds. As soon as a cloud emerges from the bottom, run over onto it, hopefully picking up the Pot Bonus on your way down. Then ride the cloud up, and over onto the next cloud.
