High-Protein Muffin in 3 Minutes🔥 56 kcal/piece, 6 g protein💣 Summer is coming, time to get ready for beach season 😏 This is my favorite low-calorie treat 😍 Per muffin: 56.2 kcal, 6 g protein, 1.76 g fat, 4.72 g carbs. Medium banana – 1 piece (mine was 95 g without peel) Egg – 1 piece Cocoa powder – 20 g (2 heaping tbsp) Whey protein – 30 g (can be replaced with flour) Baking powder – 0.5 tsp (without a heap) Milk 2 tbsp Blend all ingredients until smooth. You can add a sweetener to taste, but I didn’t, since my protein powder already contained sweetener and the banana adds natural sweetness. Pour the batter into molds. ‼️ Do not fill more than half of the mold, as the muffins will rise. I used silicone molds, but you can also use a mug, glass, or container. I got 6 servings. Microwave for 1.5 minutes. You may need a bit more or less time depending on your microwave’s power and how many portions you’ve divided the batter into. You can test with one muffin first to find the perfect time for your microwave before baking the rest. If overcooked, they will turn out dry. Enjoy! 😋
