All things bright and beautiful

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the Earth and everything in them. This hymn celebrates our all-powerful, infinite creator God who created all the good things we enjoy in life. This is also a reminder to think upon all these good things whether life is pleasant or we’re going through a bit of a rough patch. In arranging this song, I remembered our lesson on avantgarde harmony, using chromatic passing notes, and discords, which I’ve experimented with in the middle of this song before getting back on track with a majestic ending.
