Superstring theory and Brane world

A common problem that appears in various theories that unify the forces of nature is the hierarchy problem. The masses of various particles currently known as the standard model and the particles predicted in the unification theory Mass differences cause problems because they are exponentially large. To solve this problem, the supersymmetry theory emerged. However, in order for a particle to have mass, this supersymmetry must collapse. The theory that has been studied since then concerns extra dimensions. In particular, this book deals with the twisted extra dimension that Lisa Randall is studying. According to Lisa Randall's research, this theory can solve the hierarchical problem. Currently, Lisa Randall is looking forward to the findings of the LHC (Large Particle Accelerator) to prove this theory. If this theory is correct, it is expected that KK(Kaluza–Klein theory) gravitational particles and KK(Kaluza–Klein theory) counterparts of numerous particles can be found at the current energy level of LHC.
