This is my OPINION on the Nintendo Direct! 😬

The XXL Nintendo Direct in September 2025 was packed with highlights and big surprises 🎉. Right at the start, there was the first teaser for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, which will be released in April 2026. Fittingly, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 will be released for the Switch 2 in 4K/60 FPS – including new content and a release on October 2, 2025. 🛍️ Virtual Boy: https://nintendo-de.pxf.io/vPkkMe There was also a lot to offer in terms of gameplay: Mario Tennis Fever brings many new features and fun story content, while Super Mario Bros. Wonder on the Switch 2 is being expanded with more multiplayer content. With Yoshi and the Mysterious Book and the return of Tomodachi Life, two new titles await us in spring 2026. Retro fans can look forward to the Virtual Boy Classics app, which launches on February 17, 2026, with accessories and 14 games. There were also new insights into Metroid Prime 4: Beyond, which will be released on December 4th, as well as an immediate Shadow Drop of Donkey Kong Bananza with a new island and demo. Finally, there was a real highlight: Pokémon Pokopia, a cozy sandbox adventure with farming, housing, and multiplayer, which will be released in 2026.
