Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute. Stir in tomato ketchup , turmeric, chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook until oil separates. Let the filling cool. Step 2: Assemble the Egg Puffs Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each square. Place half a boiled egg on top of the filling. Fold the pastry to enclose the filling, sealing the edges. Step 3: Bake the Puffs Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
