Easy Breakfast Cookie🤩 This recipe is vegan & gluten-free! This cookie is super quick to make and it tastes so delicious😋 Such a fun way to upgrade your basic oatmeal bowl😍 • Ingredients: 1/2 banana 1/2 cup (gluten-free) oats (120 ml) 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil or olive oil 1 - 2 tablespoons almond milk or milk of choice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder handful of berries, I used raspberries optional: dark chocolate chips • 1. Mash the banana 2. Add the oats, oil, milk, cinnamon and baking powder and stir to combine 3. Fold in the berries (If using raspberries, you can mash them a little bit) 4. Spread the cookie dough on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. (Add the chocolate chips on top) 5.
