Plot Summary The story follows A.C.P. Ramakant Chaudhary (Amrish Puri), an honest and principled police officer whose son, Vikas, is killed in a planned accident. Unable to find evidence, Ramakant feels helpless as his family—wife Revati (Farida Jalal) and younger son Vishal (Akshay Kumar)—struggle with grief. Meanwhile, the city is terrorized by gangsters Baba Khan (Mohan Joshi) and Manna Shetty (Rami Reddy), who have corrupt police officers on their side. While the A.C.P. wants to fight them lawfully, his son Vishal believes in taking matters into his own hands. Their conflicting ideologies create a dramatic father-son clash, leading to explosive confrontations. Vishal’s only emotional support is Mohini (Madhoo), daughter of Head Constable Devkinandan Sharma (Deven Verma). The tension reaches its peak when the gang lords threaten to destroy Ramakant’s family — forcing both father and son to stand united against evil.
