This is where Ben Falls of the balcony and Kenny and Lee decide to go down and try to save him. Unfortunately, Ben cannot be rescued and Kenny stays behind and makes sure Ben doesn't suffer by using his last bullet on him, letting the Walkers take him. Yes, Kenny and Ben both die in the Walking Dead Episode 5: No Time Left.
