Soya chilli is a famous Indo-Chinese dish made with soya pieces or tofu, threw in a spicy, tangy sauce. It's normally pan-seared with bell peppers, onions, and here and there garlic and ginger. The dish is known for its striking flavours and can be filled in as a starter or main course, frequently with seared rice or noodles. Ingredients & Instructions: 1. Take a pan, add water, 1 tbsp salt and 1 cup soya chunks. Let it boil for 5 mins. 2. Transfer boiled soya chunks to cold water. 3. Squeeze excess water and transfer to bowl. 4. Now, add 1 tbsp black pepper powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and Mix Well. 5. Add 2 tbsp cornflour, marinate soya chunks. 6. Now, heat an oil in saucepan, add soya chunks. Fry it until crispy and light brown colour. 7. Now, in a bowl 1 tbsp Schezwan sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar, 1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp cornflour and water. Combine well and make a slurry. 8. Heat an oil in pan, add 1 large tbsp of chopped garlic, ginger and sauté it. 9. Add one small chopped onions and sauté it until brown. 10. Now, Add diced onion and capsicum. Cook it well until Vegetable loses its rawness. 11. Now, add fried soya chunks and sauce slurry. 12. Mix it well and cook for 3 min on high flame. 13.
