My creamy, fluffy cheesecake recipe is perfectly Sweet with a light and delicate texture, all wrapped In a crunchy biscuit crumbs crust. 🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹🔹 channel!! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients : (20cm round mold)8inch -150 gram biscuit 45g melted butter ( unsalted) -200g cream cheese -90g yogurt Or sour cress cream -30g sugar -10ml vanilla extract -200ml heavy cream -30g powder sugar for heavy cream -1tsp lemon juice optional -1 cup frozen or fresh strawberry -40g sugar for strawberry jam for cake topping -1tbs cornstarch -20ml water -jelly lemon or plain -10g jelly -150ml water 45g sugar Direction : I made a no bake cheesecake with lots of frozen Strawberries today. I put yogurt (or sour cream to Let the cheese taste more richer. It is also good if you make with sour cream instead of yogurt. -1 in a food processor or a ziploc bag crush the Biscuits into fine crumbs. Now pours all over Frozen crumbs crust and Put back in freezer for One hour, now make strawberry lam for topping Take a pan add one cup strawberries and 45g Sugar cook for 2 minute then add cornstarch Mixture and cook more 2 minute then ready Your jam .
