Meatball Bubble-Up

Meatball Bubble-Up

You can have so much fun using meatballs in different recipes. This one was quick and fun to make. You can get the kids involved in this fun dish. Plus I really like the name: Bubble Up. 1 lb meatballs, either frozen or homemade 1 jar of your favorite pasta sauce 1/2 c. parmesan cheese 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese a couple slices of provolone cheese 1 can of refrigerated biscuits Preheat your oven to 375. Warm the meatballs with the sauce on medium heat. Mean while cut biscuits into quarters. After meatballs and sauce are warm, add in the cheese and stir. Mix with the biscuit pieces. Place in a baking dish and bake covered first for about 25 minutes then uncovered for about 30 minutes. I don't like doughy biscuits so this is what I will do next time I make this. Thanks for watching us and hope you enjoy this recipe!
