2-minute Healthy Chocolate CakešŸ¤© This recipe is gluten-free & dairy-freešŸ˜‹ This cake is such a yummy snack or dessert ideašŸ˜ ā€¢ Ingredients: 1 mashed banana 1 egg 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder 2 tablespoons gluten-free oat flour 1/2 teaspoon baking powder optional: 1 tablespoon 80% dark chocolate chips/chunks ā€¢ 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the cacao powder, oat flour and baking powder and stir to combine 3. Pour into a greased bowl or big mug (no need to grease the bowl/mug, if you donā€™t want to remove the cake from it). Add the chocolate chips on top 4.
