Healthy Gluten-free Bread With Much Fiber | Vegan & Yeast-Free Bread Recipe

Here is the recipe: (For substitutes leave a comment) soaked buckwheat- 300g dry weight water- 150g salt- 1/2tsp psyllium husks- 18g seeds of choice- 40g optional baking soda- 1/2tsp apple cider vinegar- 1tbsp process buckwheat and water to a batter. Add the rest ingredients and mix until the battery turns into a dough. Give the dough a rest for 10-15 min. Bake for 50 min at 200°C.
