
Lower Motor Neuron type of Facial Nerve Palsy
As we can see in the video, there is LMN type of facial nerve palsy of the right side as suggested by the patient being unable to raise his right eyebrows and loss of wrinkling in that half of the forehead. When he was asked to smile, the angle of mouth was deviated to the left side. There is also a loss of naso-labial furrow on the right side. When this condition is idiopathic, we call it Bell's Palsy.
