EASY ONE POT CHICKEN BROCCOLI ALFREDO

It can't get anymore simple than this! In a rush? Don't feel like cooking? Trying to find some quick comfort food? This alfredo is perfect! Ingredients: 2 diced chicken breast (I marinated mine in Italian dressing which is why it doesn't look plain. This isn't necessary but adds more flavor if you have time) 3 garlic cloves 1 3/4 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 lb penne pasta, uncooked (half of a box) 1 cup broccoli florets 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese salt, pepper, 1/4 tsp oregano Recipe: Add your diced chicken to a pan with a little olive oil (1 tbsp) on medium high. Cook until chicken is brown and add garlic cloves. Cook for another minute then add chicken broth, heavy cream, pasta and broccoli. Bring to a boil and cover. Simmer for 15 - 20 min. Stir in your parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste, 1/4 tsp oregano and parsley to garnish (optional) Serve and enjoy! :)
