Egg Pakora Recipe in English Ingredients: -Anday (Eggs) 6 boiled -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs -Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup -Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup -Baisan (Gram flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup -Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste -Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp -Baking soda ½ tsp -Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp -Chaat masala 1 tsp -Garam masala powder ½ tsp -Ajwain (Carom seeds) 1 tsp -Yellow food color 1 pinch -Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp -Water 3/4 Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying -Chaat masala Directions: -In a bowl,add eggs & mash well. -Add salt,black pepper powder,green chilli,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,mash well & set aside. -In a bowl,add gram flour,red chilli powder,salt,cumin seeds,baking soda,turmeric powder,chaat masala, garam masala powder,carom seeds,yellow food color and ginger garlic paste. -Gradually add water and whisk well until thick batter is formed. -Cover & let it rest for 15 minutes. -Take a mixture and make balls of equal sizes then dip into prepared batter. -In a wok,add cooking oil,heat it and fry egg pakora on medium flame until golden brown. -Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with green chutney.
