Salt (for frying chicken) 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (apply on the chicken) WHOLE SPICES: 4 - 5 Laung 1 Dal Chini 1 Star Anise 2 Bay Leaf 4 Elachi 2 Badi Elachi 2 Dried Red Chillies 10 - 12 Black Peppercorns 1 tsp Jeera GROUND SPICES: 1/2 tsp Haldi Powder 1 tsp Spicy Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp Coriander Powder 2 Tbsp Chicken Masala 1.5 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Coriander Leaves How to make 1 kg chicken 2 onion 3 tomato salt to taste ginger garlic paste 1½ tbsp red chili powder ½ tbsp dhaniya powder ½ tbsp jeera powder haldi 3 tbsp dahi salt to taste Hope you liked the video and stay tuned for more tasty and fun recipes.
