If you’ve cleaned up your diet but still aren’t losing weight, you could be making this super common mistake 👇 Eating healthy still doesn’t mean you’re eating the right amount of calories And calorie intake is what has the final say over how much fat you can lose 🙌 Check in with this - get your cals right and the weight should start moving easily! 🙋♀️ I DON’T recommend counting cals everyday though as it’s super meticulous and can lead to a bad and even restrictive mindset around food 💞 I suggest getting a weekly eating plan that already has your meals & recipes laid out with calories & macros done for you This is what I give my Fit Fam girls so they simply measure their portions and learn by sight So they don’t become obsessed over counting cals or give up cause it’s too hard Eating healthy but still not seeing fatloss is a question I get frequently so I hope this helps 💋
