Suspected DUI Driver Crash

On 8/7/22 at approximately 11:15 PM, San Diego Police responded to an accident near the intersection of Talmadge Ave & Adams Ave. The driver of a truck hit multiple parked cars and remained on scene. According to witnesses, the driver told them he was “on his phone” and accidentally hit the cars. SDPD arrived and were investigating whether drugs or alcohol were a factor. The driver was overheard telling Police that he was “using his navigation” and it caused him to crash.
