Healthy 2-minute Banana Mug CakešŸ˜ You only need 4 ingredients to make thisšŸ¤© ā€¢ More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profilešŸ„° ā€¢ This recipe makes one big cake or two smaller ones (I made two smaller ones): 1 mashed banana 2 eggs 1/3 cup (gluten-free) oat flour (80 ml) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder optional: pinch of cinnamon ā€¢ 1. Mix the mashed banana and eggs together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Pour into one or two greased mug(s)/ramekin(s) (the cake rises a lot in the microwave, so use a big enough mug/ramekin) 4. Cook in the microwave for 1,5 - 2 minutes (800W). Or bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 20 minutes 5. Serve with peanut butter and berries, for example! #mugcake #snack #snacksrecipe
