Vegan Cornbread and Collard Greens (Vegan, Gluten-free, Plant-base) Cornbread and Collard Greens (Vegan, Gluten-free, Plant-base) ・Garlic・Onion・Olive oil・Ingredients stock ・Collard Green (If not available, replace with kale ) ・Smoked paprika・Applewood smoke seasoning ・Salt・Black pepper・Chili pepper 1️⃣ Heat a pan with olive oil, stir-fry the garlic and onion thoroughly, and add vegetable stock. 2️⃣ Add smoked paprika, applewood smoke seasoning, salt and black pepper, bring to a boil and reduce to low heat. 3️⃣ Add vegetables and simmer for 1 hour. 4️⃣ Add chili water and that’s it. _Cornbread・Flaxseed meal 1.5 TBSP・Water 4 TBSP ・Almond milk 3/4 Cups ・Apple cider vinegar 1 TSP ・Baking soda 1/2 TSP ・Cane sugar 1/2 Cups (I was lazy and used maple syrup instead) ・Vegan butter 1/3 Cups ・Apple puree 2 TBSP ・Salt ・Gluten-free flour 3/4 Cups ・Cornmeal 3/4 Cups 1️⃣ Mix flaxseed powder and water evenly and let it sit for a few minutes until it becomes thick. 2️⃣ Add almond milk, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, cane sugar, vegan butter, flax eggs, apple puree and salt to a large bowl and mix well. 3️⃣ Sift in gluten-free flour and cornmeal and mix well. 4️⃣ Grease the mold, pour the batter, open the box and bake at 175 degrees for 40-45 minutes. 5️⃣ Let it cool before unmoulding, otherwise it will spread easily. _Fried Tofu ・Frozen tofu ・Gluten-free all-purpose flour・Cornstarch・Salt ・cinnamon powder・clove powder・nutmeg powder・black pepper・ smoked paprika・cayenne pepper・taco seasoning powder #vegan #cornbreadrecipe #veganrecipes #glutenfree #plantbased #shorts ・oat milk 1️⃣ Thaw the frozen tofu and squeeze out the excess water and set aside. 2️⃣ Stir all dry powder ingredients evenly. 3️⃣ Coat the tofu with flour, dip it in oat milk and then coat it with another layer of flour. 4️⃣ Fry in rapeseed oil until golden brown.
