PLAYLIST: Breakfast: • Breakfast Healthy: • Healthy Starter: • Starter Weekend Special: • Weekend Special Kids Special: • Kids Special Paneer Recipe: • Paneer Recipe Rice Recipe: • Rice Recipe Baked: • Baked Non-veg: • Non-veg INGREDIENTS: Black Gram- 1 cup (soaked) Kidney Beans- 1/4 cup (soaked) Salt- 1 tsp Oil- 2 tbsp Whole Spices: Bay Leaf- 1 Cumin Seed- 1/2 tsp Peppercorn- 4-5 Green Cardamom- 2 Black Cardamom- 1 Cloves- 2 Cinnamon- 1 inch Ginger-garlic Paste- 2 tsp Turmeric Powder- 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder- 1/4 tsp Degi Chilli Powder- 1 tsp Tomato- 3 medium(pureed) Butter- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream- 2-3 tbsp Garam Masala- 1/2 tsp Dry Fenugreek Leaves- 1 tbsp METHOD: 1.Take black gram and kidney beans in a cooker. Add water and 1 tsp salt and cook for 6-7 whistle or until lentils become soft. 2.Add oil in a pan and then add all the whole spices. 3.Fry for few seconds then add ginger garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes. 4.Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder and degi chilli powder and saute for few seconds on low flame. 5.Now add pureed tomatoes and fry on high flame well. 6.Once tomatoes fry well, add boiled lentils and mix. 7.Add water and bring it to a boil on high flame. 8.Once start boiling lower the flame and add butter in it and let it simmer on bubbling point for approx 1 hour. 9.Stir occasionally.
