Eggless Vegetable Oats Pancake - Masala Oats Chilla Recipe - Quick & Easy Breakfast Recipe These pancakes are not only healthy but extremely delicious, packed with vegetables and the best thing is nobody can even guess that it is made of oats. 🔔Please click on the link below and subscribe to Curries With Bumbi so that I can bring more new recipes for you--    / @currieswithbumbi   Ingredients Required For Making Oats Pancake - 3/4 th cup rolled quick oats (Instant oatmeal). Grind it in a dry grinder to a fine powder. 1/4 th cup - all purpose flour (maida) Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon. Baking powder makes it fluffy. Baking soda - 1/8 th teaspoon or just a tiny pinch. Baking soda gives that brown color while frying. Salt - as per taste Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon freshly crushed black pepper Curry Powder - 1 heaped teaspoon. You can even use a combination of coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder Or any seasoning according to your preference. If you want to make your own curry powder here is the recipe-    • HOW TO MAKE CURRY POWDER AT HOME   Instant Buttermilk - Mix 3/4 th cup plain unflavored yogurt (curd) with 1/4 th cup milk . Stir well to mix. You can even use 1 cup of milk mixed with a tablespoon of vinegar or lemon juice or you can even use just plain water but in that case please use a tablespoon of lemon juice. onion - 1/2 cup chopped Capsicum - I used 1/2 cup each of red green & orange capsicum. You can even use just green capsicum. You can even use carrots if red or orange capsicum is unavailable. Green chili - 1 chopped or as desired Coriander leaves (cilantro/dhania patta ) - 1/2 cup Oil - 1 tablespoon to be added to batter (can even use a tablespoon of melted butter) + 2 tablespoons for frying each pancake. Cheese - Any Method - Mix the dry ingredients. You can make a large batch of the dry ingredients and store it in the fridge in an airtight container. Add the veggies Add the buttermilk. Mix everything to a thick batter. Add few tablespoons of water is batter is too thick. Fry soon after making the batter to get that fluffy texture. Heat oil on high heat. Add batter to hot oil. Lower heat to medium low and fry till it turns golden brown. Do not turn before the lower side turns brown or else it will break. Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
