It will explain what happened to Michonne when she left the group led by Rick Grimes between issues 126 and 139 of The Walking Dead comic. Samira Wiley will voice Michonne in the game. The series will mostly focus on the Michonne's untold story on what took Michonne away from Rick, Ezekiel, and the rest of Rick Grimes' trusted group and what brought her back.
