Paneer Kofta Recipe | Restaurant Style Paneer Kofta Curry by Chef Michael π¨βπ³β¨ Rich, creamy & royal taste at home ππ₯ #PaneerKofta #ChefMichael #PaneerRecipe #KoftaCurry #IndianFood #VegRecipe #RestaurantStyle #FoodLovers #ViralRecipe #HomemadeDelightβ #kofta #foodie #foodie #youtubeshorts #youtube #youtubevideo #cooking #chefmichael #michael π Ingredients For Kofta: β’ Paneer β 200 g (grated) β’ Boiled potatoes β 2 medium (mashed) β’ Khoya (mawa) β 3 tbsp (grated) β’ Cornflour / bread crumbs β 2 tbsp (for binding) β’ Green chilli β 1 (finely chopped) β’ Coriander leaves β 1 tbsp (chopped) β’ Salt β to taste β’ Oil β for deep frying For Gravy: β’ Onion β 2 medium (sliced) β’ Tomato β 2 medium (chopped) β’ Ginger-garlic paste β 1 tsp β’ Cashew nuts β 8β10 (soaked) β’ Khoya (mawa) β 2 tbsp (grated) β’ Fresh cream β 2 tbsp β’ Turmeric powder β Β½ tsp β’ Red chilli powder β 1 tsp β’ Coriander powder β 1 tsp β’ Garam masala β Β½ tsp β’ Kasuri methi β 1 tsp (crushed) β’ Salt β to taste β’ Oil / ghee β 2 tbsp βΈ» π¨βπ³ Method 1. Prepare Koftas 1. Mix paneer + potato + khoya + salt + chilli + coriander + cornflour. 2. Shape into small round balls. 3. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown. Keep aside. 2. Make Gravy 1. Heat oil/ghee, sautΓ© onions till golden brown. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste β fry 1 min. 3. Add tomatoes + cashews β cook till soft. 4. Cool β grind to a smooth paste. 5. Return paste to pan β add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder. 6. Add khoya β cook till oil separates. 7. Add water for curry consistency β simmer 6β7 min. 8. Finish with cream, garam masala, kasuri methi. 3. Assemble β’ Just before serving, drop fried koftas in hot gravy. β’ Garnish with cream + coriander + a pinch of grated khoya.
