Tips in the video help reduce eye strain from screen time😃 Blinking: Blink rapidly for a few seconds, then close your eyes and relax for 20-30 seconds. Repeat this several times. Palming: Rub your palms together, then place them gently over your closed eyes. Hold this position for 20-30 seconds, and repeat. Eye circles: Look up and make 10 circles with your eyes in a clockwise direction. Then make 10 circles in a counterclockwise direction.
