SPECIAL COVERAGE: The arrest of Rodrigo Duterte

Former president Rodrigo Duterte is arrested on Tuesday morning, March 11, at the NAIA Terminal 3. The ICC issued an arrest warrant against him last March 7, while he was in Hong Kong over the weekend to campaign to Filipinos there. From NAIA, he was transferred to Villamor Air Base in Pasay City.
