BEARING FRUITS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

BEARING FRUITS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

BEARING FRUITS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT John 15:1-8 (Abiding in Christ to Bear Fruit) Jesus teaches that He is the true vine, and God is the vinedresser. Those who abide in Him will bear much fruit, but those who do not remain in Him will wither and be cast away. Bearing fruit is a sign of being His disciple. Galatians 5:22 (The Fruits of the Spirit) The fruits of the Holy Spirit include love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These virtues reflect a life led by the Holy Spirit. Matthew 21:19 (The Barren Fig Tree) Jesus cursed a fig tree that bore no fruit and it withered immediately. This shows the importance of spiritual productivity, God expects us to bear good fruits in our lives. To truly bear fruit, we must stay connected to Christ, allow the Holy Spirit to transform us, and demonstrate His character in our daily lives.
