SPICY PANEER FRANKIE RECIPE❤️ Save this #streetfood#ytshorts#shortsfeed#viralvideo#viralvideo#india#trending #youtubeshorts 👉subscribe to my channel 🔔 For Paneer Marinade: In a bowl add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste (diluted with some water), 2 tsp red chilly Powder,Pepper,Salt, 1 tsp oregano, 1 tsp thyme and mix well. Add 300 gm Paneer.Mix and let it rest for 15 minutes. Now dust paneer with maida (this helps the batter to stick to paneer in later steps) For the batter mix the remaining marinade with the Maida we used for dusting the paneer and 2 tsp cornflour. You can add some water to adjust the consistency. For the cornflakes mix Crush 1 cup cornflake's with salt and pepper. Now dip the paneer in batter then coat with cornflake mix. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes. Fry on medium heat till crispy. For the sauce - Mix 2 tbsp mayo with 1 tbsp red chilly sauce and 1/2 tsp minced garlic. Assembling the frankie. Take whole wheat roti, apply the sauce, add your choice of veggies (lettuce, onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, olives, cucumbers), amput paneer and wrap the frankie.
