Has a sense of humor? Detail oriented? Make sure to callout those specifically! ✅ Unique Offering: this is the cherry on top! What is something extra YOU bring to the table that other candidates don’t? Are you bilingual? Do you have a personal link to the industry? Did you work for a competitor in the past? Do you have a coveted degree/certification? Figure out what makes you unique! 🧠 Remember: first interviews/phone screenings are about checking boxes. So use keywords from the job description, ask great questions & make sure your body language communicates your professional enthusiasm!
