In this video tutorial, learn how to transfer files from USB to a Laptop. The USB is also referred to as an external drive. In some locations, it is also called hard drive. You can move any type of file from your USD storage hard drive to a computer. Whether pictures, Excel files, Word documents, PDF, PPT, Access, or any other file type, the transfer can take place. To send the files involve just simple steps and you can do it. The first step is to connect your drive to your laptop. You do that by plugging the USB terminal of the drive to the USB port of your laptop. Once the connection is established, you will get a notification in your computer. Click on the File Explorer app of your computer. As it opens, select this PC and double-click the external drive that will display as one of the storages in your computer. Click on the file you want to transfer for it to be selected. Click copy icon for it to be copied. Select a folder of your computer where you want the file to be sent.
