Masala Paratha Recipe | Spicy paratha | Masala Roti Recipe | quick paratha | @HomeCookingShow #MasalaParatha#Spicyparatharecipes#MasalaRotirecipe#paratharecipes#easybreakfastrecipe Prep Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins Servings: 4 Ingredients To Make Dough Wheat Flour - 2 Cups Salt - 1 Tsp Oil - 1 1/2 Tbsp Water To Make Masala Filling Ghee - 1/4 Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves Salt - 1/2 Tsp Chilli Powder - 1 Tsp Garam Masala - 1 Tsp Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp Ajwain - 1 Tsp Kasuri Methi - 1 Tbsp Method: 1. Take whole wheat flour, salt, oil and water in a bowl. Mix well and prepare the dough ball. 2. Knead the dough ball for 5 mins and cover it with a lid to let it rest for 30 mins. 3. For the masala filling, take ghee, coriander leaves, salt, chili powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, ajwain, kasuri methi and mix well. Keep it aside. 4. Divide the dough into equal sized portions, dust the rolling surface with some flour and roll the dough ball nice and thin on it. 5. Place the masala filling in the middle of the rolled out dough and spread it evenly. 6. Roll the dough chapati from bottom to the top as shown in the video. Roll it around again and gently roll it with some flour on, to make a paratha. 7. Heat a tawa and gently place the masala paratha to cook on both sides. 8. Keep the flame on a medium high and apply some ghee over the paratha on both the sides after little brown spots start appearing. 9. Keep flipping and cook the parathas well. 10. Quick and easy to make Masala Parathas are ready to be served with raitha or any curry by the side. Today we are going to see making of delicious Masala Paratha recipe . Masala Paratha is variation of plain paratha recipe with some masala spices , herbs, ghee added to it. Making of masala paratha involves preparation of paratha dough followed my preparing filling . Suffed masala Paratha dough can be prepared in a similar way as plain paratha with wheat flour and Masala filling preparation involves adding ghee, coriander leaves , salt, chilli powder, Masala Powder,cumin powder,Ajwain,Kasurimethi into a bowl and mix well . Later prepare paratha rolls by putting the masala filling in a paratha and roll like parathas. Cook the parathas on both sides on a pan thus masala parathas are prepares. These spicy masala rotis are so yummy that everyone would love to eat more and more. We can also prepare aloo paratha,peas paratha,veg paratha with same dough and different filling .
